Photos / SoundsWhatCook Strait Kowhai (Sophora molloyi)ObservermattwardDescriptionI think this is a S. molloyi but the leaves are not 100% true to the description, so again a bit confused... Multiple trunks, wider than tall 4m x 2.5m, noticeably fewer pods, which are more robust and have less valves Any thoughts appreciated @naturewatchwidow @joedillon |

Photos / SoundsWhatCoastal Kowhai (Sophora chathamica)ObservermattwardDescriptionA bit confused by the location of this specimen and several more I will post shortly. At first visit pretty convinced this was S. molloyi, but upon a revisit and up close look, looks more like suggested sp. Multiple trunks, wider than tall 7m x 3.5m, leaflets appear to overlap as per suggested sp. also this specimen was covered in seed. Any thoughts appreciated @naturewatchwidow @joedillon |

I just added the option "vegetative only" to capture when the adult plants at your site are not in any of the above reproductive states (flower buds not yet visible).
